Before making a booking
Please check with your SACRE and ensure that ALL delegates are included on the booking form.
Invoices are produced by the booking system.
Wherever possible and to avoid confusion, it is important that all delegates representing your SACRE are included on the one invoice.
To make a booking
Wherever possible, the SACRE clerk should make the conference booking. In the absence of the clerk, bookings should be made by a SACRE Officer. The invoice will be sent to that person for processing through your SACRE/local authority.
PLEASE NOTE: ONCE COMPLETED, BOOKINGS CANNOT BE AMENDED. IF THERE IS AN ISSUE OR AN AMENDMENT IS NEEDED, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A SECOND BOOKING. INSTEAD, EMAIL THE NASACRE ADMINISTRATOR.
Bookings close midday on May 15th.
